Whenever you log in to your account, you’ll be directed to your Survey List. Immediately, you can see how many responses you have for a survey, the last time it was taken, how many responses that day and the status of the survey (active or inactive). You can switch the survey status to Active/Inactive by clicking on the corresponding button. You can also go directly to the Options, Questions, Preview, Themes, Share or Results for each one of your surveys by clicking on the corresponding icons.
There are two layouts for your Survey List: Grid View and Row View. By default, your survey starts in Grid View.
When you first log in to your account, you will be taken to your Survey List in Grid View. In Grid View, your surveys are automatically sorted by creation date, with the newest one at the beginning.
If you are in Row View, you can change to Grid View by clicking the Grid icon in the top right corner.
If you are in Grid View, you can change to Row View by clicking the Row icon in the top right corner.
In Row View you have the option to change how your surveys are sorted. You can sort by Status, Title, Date Created, or Last Taken by clicking on the corresponding column header. If you then switch back to Grid View, your surveys will still be sorted as you’ve selected them to be in Row View and you’ll have to switch back to Row View to make any further changes to how your surveys are sorted.
