Export Results Summary as a CSV

CSV files are the most common option and can be imported into most spreadsheet and statistical analysis programs. CSV files use a comma to separate or delimit each data field. If you tend to work in Excel, Numbers or Google Sheets, this is most likely the correct option for you. The process is as follows:

  1. While viewing survey results, click the Export Results button in the top right corner.
  2. Click Export Summary.
  3. Once the modal window appears click the CSV tab.
  4. Select how many open-ended (essay and form) responses to include in the summary.
  5. Click Export CSV

  1. While viewing survey results, click the Export Results button in the top right corner.
  2. Click Export Summary.
  3. Once the modal window appears click the JSON tab.
  4. Select how many open-ended (essay and form) responses to include in the summary.
