Notifications Settings

SurveyPlanet will send you email or text message (SMS) notifications when someone completes your survey. Notifications will be sent to the email address or phone number on your account. To use notifications, you must first be a Pro subscriber. If you are not a Pro subscriber and you've set up Notifications for your surveys, you will not receive them until you sign up for Pro.

Email Notifications

To enable email notifications click the Notifications tab on the Settings page. Then, in the Email drop down select Never, Immediately, Daily, Weekly or Monthly depending on how often you’d like to receive email notifications.

Text Message (SMS) Notifications

To receive text messages (SMS) notifications you must have a valid mobile phone number set up on the account settings page.

Once you've set up a valid phone number, you can enable text message (SMS) notifications by clicking the Notifications tab on the Settings page. Then, in the Text Message drop down select Never, Immediately, Daily, Weekly or Monthly depending on how often you'd like to receive text message notifications.

Due to limitations in some geographical areas SurveyPanet can only send text messages Immediately to the following locations:
